Y-3 is a collaboration label between adidas and renowned Japanese fashion designer Yohji Yamamoto who is known for his avant-garde designs and silhouettes. The label fuses high fashion with advanced sportswear to create minimalist and modern designs.

The Ajatu Court High takes inspiration from the famed adidas Nizza, reimagining the basketball shoe to create an experimental style. Black technical fabric and suede detailing give the shoe its sculpted volume, contrasted by the rubber-coated oversized base. A zip around the heel gives a futuristic look, while allowing the wearer to slip the shoe on without untying the laces. Embossed Yohji Yamamoto signature and contrasting Y-3 logo on the back complete the timeless design.
